There are many parts to an organization's culture and these P.R.O.V.I.D.E.R. disciplines are something we can daily use to assist us in the fulfillment of our Vision, Mission, and Value Statements.

I appreciate your acrostic for the PROVIDER disciplines. I use acrostics when I preach to help people remember important truths. Your willingness to share your convictions in the marketplace is an encouragement to me as a bi-vocational pastor who believes that the marketplace is our primary ministry opportunity. Your life-message comes through. The I for INCARNATIONAL - living out what we teach is critical. Too many of us do not preach what we practice - and we are not living up to the light we have been given. Thanks for reminding us of the disciplines required of Servant Leaders!
