Welcome to Leadering. As I continue to live out leadering and what it is, I'll post what I've learned here on this blog. My other blogs, listed below, have more live aspects of the trip.
Author, mentor, and internationaly recognized speaker John Maxwell describes a Leader as "anyone who influences; period-the-end."
Dr. Charles Swindoll is reported to have said, "give me one word to describe leadership and I say 'influence,' give me two and I say 'inspiring influence.'"
I concure with these and many others that agree that leadership, or good leadership, is all about how we influence those with whom we have contact.
